We carefully harvest and produce our olive oil using traditional methods. The cold extraction, carried out by mechanical means, helps preserve all the aromas and benefits of the olive. This method results in a high-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil, rich in polyphenols and essential fatty acids, which are known for their health benefits.

Aglandau is appreciated for its herbaceous notes and intense fruity taste. Salonenque is smooth and delicate, with a slightly buttery flavor. Bouteillan brings lively and peppery aromas. Cayon and Picholine offer a perfect balance, with fresh, vegetal hints.

Our olive oil is made exclusively from the Aglandau variety.
