Our Olive Oil benefits from a protected Designation of Origin (PDO). This label guarantees both its origin and its quality. It ensures consumers receive an authentic product that follows strict production standards. Its fruty and slightly spicy taste enhances every dish it touches.

A Craft Production with Genuine Know-How

We carefully harvest and produce our olive oil using traditional methods. The cold extraction, carried out by mechanical means, helps preserve all the aromas and benefits of the olive. This method results in a high-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil, rich in polyphenols and essential fatty acids, which are known for their health benefits.

A True Culinary Treasure

Our oil comes from an exceptional terroir and a long-standing tradition. Known for its subtle aromas and unique taste, olive oil from Provence reflects the richness of Provençal heritage. The region enjoys a Mediterranean climate, with sunny winters and warm, dry summers, ideal for growing local olive varieties.

Aglandau is appreciated for its herbaceous notes and intense fruity taste. Salonenque is smooth and delicate, with a slightly buttery flavor. Bouteillan brings lively and peppery aromas. Cayon and Picholine offer a perfect balance, with fresh, vegetal hints.

Our olive oil is made exclusively from the Aglandau variety.

A taste and Aromas Like No Other

Provençal olive oil chams the palate with its wide aromatic palette. You may notice hints of almond, artichoke or green tomato, along with a light bitterness and a touch of spice that reflect its richness in polyphenols. Its silky texture and long-lasting taste leave a lasting impression.

It enhances everyday dishes as well as gourmet recipes. It pairs wonderfully with salads, fish, soups, or simply spread over toasted bread with honey or cheese - or even both.
