Mediterranean Harmony, Olive and Garlic

Our Garlic Olive Oil is a vibrant blend of Haute Provence PDO olive oil and freshly harvested garden garlic.

"L'Or de Provence" is born from olive groves located between 400 and 600 meters above sea level, where the Mediterranean climate meets Alpine influences. The Aglandau olives, renowned for their high polyphenol content, are harvested at peak ripeness between October and December. They are crushed together with garlic at the mill, using only mechanical processes.

In addition to the olive oil's naturally intense fruity flavor, marked by notes of artichoke, almond and green apple, fresh garlic brings a bold aromatic layer. Its fragrance is powerful and piquant, with a sharp penetrating character. On the palate, raw garlic delivers a fiery intensity with deep subtle nuances. Blended with olive oil, it reveals a beautifully balanced flavor, warm, full-bodied and robust.
