Authenticity and Richness of "L'Or de Provence"

Haute-Provence PDO olive oil is an exceptional product born from ancestral know-how and a unique terroir. Produced in the heart of Provence, it proudly bears the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) label, a guarantee of origin and excellence.

"L'Or de Provence" comes from olive groves located between 400 and 600 meters in altitude where the Mediterranean climate meets Alpine influences. The olive trees thrive under generous sunshine in limestone and clay-rich soils. These conditions give rise to an olive oil with a distinct character and a subtle perfectly balanced flavor profile.

Our oil is crafted exclusively from the Aglandau variety, prized for its high polyphenol content and long shelf life. It delivers an intensely fruity flavor with notes of artichoke, almond and green appleA gentle bitterness and a delicate peppery finish round out the tasting experience, hallmarks of oils rich in natural antioxidants.

The olives are harvested at peak ripenessthen cold-pressed using mechanical methods within 24 hours of picking to preserve their full aroma and nutritional value. No chemical treatment is applied, ensuring an oil that is 100% natural and pure.
