Discover our Mountain Honey, produced and harvested in France. Its nectar, sourced from wildflowers is authentic.
It offers a generous taste that is both floral and woody, with a slight spicy touch.
It is appreciated as part of a varied and balanced died.
Born in the heart of Provençal mountains (between 600 and 1200 meters in altitude), this multifloral honey is harvested in pristine, unpolluted environments. It is the result of bees foraging on a rich and varied alpine flora, such as wild thyme (herbaceous notes), brambles (fruity hints), thyme, chestnut (slight bitterness), bell heather (woody, full-bodied touch) and wild lavender.
This unique terroir gives the honey a woody flavor, enhanced by subtle floral and lightly caramelized notes. Its long finish on the palate makes it truly exceptional. Both creamy and generous, it offers a velvety texture that naturally crystallizes over time, a sign of its authenticity and nutritional richness.
Its color ranges from golden to deep amber, depending on the dominant blooms and the timing of the harvest.
A natural source of energy, this honey is also calming, relaxing, antibacterial and antiseptic. Rich in antioxidants, it is prized for its fortifying and revitalizing properties.
Enjoy it by the spoonful, in a warm herbal tea or milk, or paired with strong-flavored cheeses like goat or blue cheese. It also adds depth and character to your favorite recipes.
