Lavender honey from Provence is one of the most refined and beloved varieties. Harvested on the sun-drenched plateaus of Haute Provence and the Luberon, it perfectly embodies the mediterranean terroir. Its delicate flavor, smooth texture and natural benefits make it a favorite among honey lovers.

This exceptional honey comes from the nectar of fine lavender and spike lavender flowers, which bloom abundantly under the Provençal sun.

Lavender blooms between June and August, and the honey is harvested at the end of summer, once a bees have transformed the nectar into a rich, fragrant honey.

Traditionally harvested and cold-extracted, this honey retains all of its nutritional and aromatic qualities . It carries the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) label, which guarantees its origin and superior quality.

In its liquid state, it has a light golden hue. As it crystallizes, it takes on a pale ivory to beige color. Intensely floral with smooth, subtly fruity notes, it can leave hints of vanilla or ripe fuit on the palate, with a light tangy finish.

A true concentration of natural goodness, it is known for its antiseptic, soothing and relaxing properties, as well as its digestive and healing benefits.

Rich in aroma, it can be enjoyed by the spoonful, in a warm infusion, on toast, in baking, or as a gourmet ingredient in sweet recipes.
