  • L'Or de Provence

    L'Or de Provence

"L'Or de Provence" invites us to discover an olive oil bearing the AOP Haute Provence label, as well as a range of 100% natural aromatic oils.

The passion for olives runs deep in the Valero family, passed down by Joseph Valero to his sons. It all began with their great-grandfather Francisco, who purchased his first olive grove in Volx in 1935.

The olive orchards are part of a cherished family heritage, handed down from generation to generation. In 2019, the four Valero brothers joined forces to craft their own oil in their very own mill.

Today, the family tradition lives on, with the entire family coming together each year for the olive harvest, from October through December.
